What does 'Made To Order' mean?
This means that the crafting process begins after your order is placed to ensure your piece is made just for you to your correct sizing and design requirements.
This process takes 2-3 weeks and is shown on all jewellery products.
When will I get my order?
As a one man show I try my hardest to ship your order as soon as possible. Jewellery orders take 2-3 weeks to ship all other accessories takes 2-5 days to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
All jewellery is hand made in The Sanctuary by me (Melbourne, Australia).
Other products like The Sanctuary Habit Tracker are manufactured internationally in China. I have carefully selected my manufacturing partners to ensure my products maintain a quality standard.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. You will be able to see this on the Checkout Page.
What is the return policy?
My intention goes into creating high quality products that do exactly as they say. If this isn't the case, let me know and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right.
