RETURNS/REFUNDS

At Sanctuary Creations we will only accept returns or refunds under a strict evaluation. You must get in contact with us within 30 days of receiving your item to be eligible. If the product is damaged or faulty, please provide images of it out of the box as the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, alongside a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

RESIZING

If your ring is not the correct sizing even after using the sizing guide we can help you resize the item. We are only able to size 3 sizes up or down and please note that resizing will incur at an additional cost plus shipping fees at the buyers expense. The cost will depend on how many sizes up or down and the style of ring.
